Today we’d like to introduce you to Jaimie Lynn.
Hi Jaimie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Cars have always been a part of my life, but over time they became more than just a hobby, they became my passion, my outlet, and eventually my career. I’ve always been drawn to the experience of driving, the community around it, and the stories each car carries.
As that passion grew, I knew I wanted to build something bigger than just working on cars, I wanted to create something meaningful. That’s what led me to partner with Dennis and grow Carrera Haus. We share the same vision: to build a space centered around enthusiasts, quality work, and a genuine love for the automotive world.
What makes this journey even more special is where it’s all happening. The shop is located in the same city I grew up in, where my dad has built his own business, and where so much of my story began. Even more meaningful, the cross street from our shop runs right into my great grandmother’s home. In a way, it feels like everything has come full circle.
Carrera Haus isn’t just a business to me, it’s something deeply personal. It’s a reflection of where both of us come from, what we have built, and where we are going.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but that’s part of what makes the journey meaningful. Starting a business focused on Porsches and higher-end vehicles in the middle of winter isn’t exactly ideal, especially in a seasonal market. It tested our patience, consistency, and belief in what we were building, but we pushed through and successfully made it through our first winter.
Right now, the biggest challenge is balance. Balancing the demands of growing a business and still making time for life outside of it can be difficult. But it’s something I’m continuously learning and improving on as we grow.

Whether it’s suspension setups, performance upgrades, or dialing in the smallest details, our goal is always to deliver a car that feels complete and connected to the driver.
