Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I grew up in the cleaning industry working alongside my grandfather, where I learned the value of hard work and taking pride in every job. When I started my own pressure washing company, I made plenty of mistakes along the way. Those experiences taught me valuable lessons and inspired me to help other contractors avoid the same challenges.
Today, I’m proud to own a thriving pressure washing company that serves both residential and commercial clients. In addition to growing my business, I spend time mentoring contractors and sharing real-world strategies to help them build successful, sustainable companies of their own.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Like most business owners, I’ve faced my share of challenges. In the beginning, I made costly mistakes, struggled to price jobs correctly, hired the wrong people, and learned many lessons the hard way. There were times when cash flow was tight, equipment broke down, and I questioned whether I was making the right decisions.
Looking back, those struggles became some of my greatest teachers. Every obstacle forced me to improve my systems, become a better leader, and focus on delivering a better experience for both my customers and my team. Today, I’m grateful for those challenges because they helped shape the business I have now and gave me the experience to help other contractors avoid many of the same pitfalls.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
I believe the most important qualities behind my success have been a willingness to keep learning and the determination to never give up when things get tough. No matter how much experience you have, there’s always something new to learn. I’ve always tried to stay open-minded, listen to others, and look for ways to improve both personally and professionally.
Just as important is perseverance. Building a business isn’t always easy, and there have been plenty of setbacks along the way. The difference is choosing to learn from those challenges instead of letting them stop you. I believe success comes from showing up every day, continuing to improve, and refusing to quit when things don’t go as planned.
