Hi Julia, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My husband and I started our construction business with one simple goal: deliver quality work we can stand behind. He was a construction engineer in Albania for eight years before we moved to the U.S., and since 2019 we’ve been building our company step by step. I handle permits, project management, and client communication, while also studying architecture to grow our expertise even further. With two young children and limited resources, it hasn’t been easy—but our commitment to quality, honesty, and hard work has helped us grow and earn our clients’ trust. Today, we continue to expand, taking on larger residential and commercial projects while staying true to the standards that built our name.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road.
We had to start from zero in a new country, rebuild our licenses and connections, and earn trust project by project. With limited resources, strong competition, two small children, and me going back to school, it’s been challenging. But those struggles made us stronger, more disciplined, and more determined to grow the right way.

We’re a family-owned construction company specializing in custom decks, exterior renovations, and residential projects. What sets us apart is that we manage everything from design and permits to final inspection — we don’t just build, we handle the entire process.
We’re known for quality, transparency, and showing the real work behind the scenes, not just the finished product. Brand-wise, we’re most proud of the trust we’ve built. Our name stands for honesty, structure, and long-term value.
Who else deserves credit in your story?
First, my husband deserves a lot of credit — we built this together, and his engineering experience is the foundation of our work.
We’re also very grateful to our early clients who trusted us and referred us, and to our families who supported us while we balanced business and raising our children.
