Community Highlights: Meet Tyler White of Hands On Health Chiropractic, LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tyler White.

Hi Tyler, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
In many ways I was born into Chiropractic. I’m from what we call a Chiropractic Family; my uncle served as my chiropractor from birth and was largely infulential in my pursuit of this calling. Growing up my entire extended family would have our spines checked after Sunday dinner. We pursued well-being proactively with regular spinal adjustments much in the same way that people optimize the performance of their vehicle with regular maintence. For as long as I can recall, my singular goal was to pursue serving my community with exceptional Chiropractic Care. I started at Life University (Marietta, GA) in 2005 and soon met my mentor, Arno Burnier. Under his guidance I spent years learning, teaching, training, and refining my approach. I graduated in 2009 and opened my practice in the same building where I’d been adjusted for decades. After nearly 17 years in practice I’m still learning, growing, and evolving my approach into something truly unique, rooted in Chiropractic Philosophy, and nurturing to the entirity of the human system for the expansion of consciousness and the enhancement of all aspectes of human performance.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Eastern philosophy teaches that the causes of Human Suffering are Ego, Entitlement, and Expectation. In my experience the path to mastery is rarely smooth. I entered practice harboring all of those qualities. Within a year it became obvious that I wasn’t entitled to any degree of success, and as a result my ego would diminish as would the large majority of my expectations. After about 5 years in practice I felt little success following the path that lay before me. Thanks to some prompting from my wife, I sought guidance, restructured my procedures, found fellowship within chiropractic, and charted a course to make my dream a reality.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Hands On Health Chiropractic, LLC?
I’m most proud of the community that has developed in and around our space; evident by the way I’ve witnessed members uplift and support one another. I specialize in offering a gentle, adjustment to help the body move better, experience more ease, balance tension, and develop new strategies to bettar adapt to all the stress(es) of life. My offerings are rather simple; regular Chiropractic Care for a greater expression of human potential. Delivered in a manner which is safe and honoring; in a space where people can disconnect from their day, be nurtured, and re-enter the world a more well balanced human being. I serve individuals from all walks of life with specific, regular chiropractic care the same way I care for my wife and kids.
