Eduardo, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Beautiful Sunny day May 27 1994 i arrived at JFK airport from Uruguay, only $500 to my name and zero English proficiency, but with a clear vision of entrepreneurship despite all the obstacles that i never anticipated here i am today sharing my humble story of success and hopefully inspired someone outthere looking for a beacon of light,
Working with my hands was always my forte, creating and innovating definitely my niche, I landed my first job with Foothill construction as a carpenter helper and quickly ascending within the company devoted 8 years to the company while putting my self trough night school to advance my knowledge in carpentry, running out of room to grow, I started working for Costum Creations in Bergen County and Charlie (the owner) became one of my biggest mentors helping me develop not just my natural skills, but also my manager and liaison skills, and the 2008 the economic tanked so we parted ways and that is when my company was born 2009 A Team Creations, llc the most proud moments of all after my beautiful daughters and my wife April.
We have offered our great service of remodeling to 100s of happy costumers, becoming BBB accredited earning 5 stars review on business google, in incredible journey full of light, positive vibes, courage when we were down and Dicipline when we are up to be able to maintain consistency and soon celebrating 17 years of business.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The biggest upsticle i will say was the transition of getting a paycheck to now attracting clients, doing the work and the office works. wearing many hats and the hardest part !! finding good people to build a vision, because I believe you find good people you dont make someone be good people, people to trust and that they will understand your vision, and of course knowing that you can count on them.

We specialize and building people dreams and visions providing personal attention in a industry that moves very fast financially but losses focus on what is important the costumers needs!
We build dreams one at the time we never take on two projects simultaneously, let’s say full kitchen renovation will start me leading the project hands on from start to finish 100s of clients can attest to our practice uncommon for the contrucion industry, but it works for us.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
If we talk about work I dont want to say happy because happiness is a state of mind, I will say rewarding finish every job and seeing my clients face full of happiness.
In my personal life my family, my girls calling me Dad, or when they seek answers. Sharing a delicious dinner or just listening to their daily story’s
