Hi Khushbu, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey into entrepreneurship started with a simple goal: helping businesses make better use of technology.
Over the years, I worked with many business owners who were great at what they did but often struggled with their websites, digital marketing, or overall online presence. I realized there was an opportunity to help businesses bridge the gap between technology and growth, which led me to start Scinorx Technologies.
Like most entrepreneurs, the journey wasn’t always easy. Building trust, finding clients, and growing the business required patience, persistence, and a willingness to keep learning. What kept me motivated was seeing the impact our work could have on our clients’ success.
Today, Scinorx helps businesses through website development, digital marketing, technology consulting, and staffing solutions. We work with organizations of all sizes, helping them improve their digital presence and use technology more effectively.
One area that particularly excites me is artificial intelligence. Many businesses know AI is important but aren’t always sure where to start. We believe AI should be practical and solve real business problems, whether that’s improving efficiency, automating repetitive tasks, or helping businesses make better decisions.
As a result, we’re also exploring AI-powered software and SaaS solutions that can help businesses identify opportunities and streamline operations. It’s an exciting next chapter for us and reflects how quickly technology continues to evolve.
Looking back, what started as a desire to help businesses with technology has grown into a mission to help organizations adapt, grow, and succeed in an increasingly digital world. That’s still what drives me every day.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, and I don’t think most entrepreneurial journeys are.
One of the biggest challenges was learning to wear multiple hats. In the early days, you’re not just focused on delivering great work—you are also handling sales, client communication, operations, planning, and everything in between. It can be overwhelming at times.
As a mother of two beautiful daughters, finding the right balance between family and business has also been an important part of the journey. There have been days when client priorities, business goals, and family responsibilities all seemed to demand attention at the same time. Learning how to manage those competing priorities while staying present in both roles has been one of the most valuable lessons entrepreneurship has taught me.
Another challenge was learning that growth doesn’t always happen in a straight line. There were periods when things moved quickly and others when patience was required. Building a business takes time, persistence, and faith in the long-term vision.
Looking back, the challenges have taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of building strong relationships. They have shaped not only the business but also who I am as a person, and I’m grateful for the lessons that came with the journey.

One piece of advice I would give is to focus on progress rather than perfection. When you’re starting out, it’s easy to spend too much time waiting for the perfect plan, the perfect website, or the perfect opportunity. In reality, you learn the most by taking action and adjusting along the way.
I would also encourage people to be patient. Success rarely happens overnight, and growth is often slower than expected. Consistency and persistence usually matter more than quick wins.
Another lesson I’ve learned is the importance of building relationships. Business is ultimately about people. Clients, partners, mentors, and supporters can have a bigger impact on your journey than any tool or strategy.
Finally, stay curious and keep learning. Technology, business, and the world around us are constantly changing. Today, we’re seeing rapid advancements in areas like artificial intelligence, creating opportunities that didn’t exist a few years ago. The people and businesses that continue to learn and adapt will be in the best position to succeed.
If I could tell my younger self one thing, it would be this: don’t be afraid to start before you feel completely ready. Confidence often comes from experience, and experience comes from taking that first step.
