Hi Nicole, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
It was July of 2021 and I decided to join a subscription box plan. The very first box that showed up contained a full-sized tarot deck. Curious as to what it was about, I went online and found a book to purchase and began studying. Up until that point, I never had a Tarot Reading or even knew what the cards meant. To my surprise it felt a lot like I was remembering how to do something I forgot a long time ago. I was instantly hooked and studied for hours a day. I really had no plan on going professional until I began practicing with friends and the readings were very accurate. With the encouragement of another fellow professional reader, I decided to go professional and haven’t looked back. With time, I became interested in crystals and energy work and added them to my client offerings.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
With any business there are struggles with growth and exposure. When I first began, it was a lot of travel to outside fairs, visiting metaphysical shops and even working virtually in a space I created inside my home. Those experiences not only taught me to be flexible but it helped to shape the vision I had for when I was able to create my own space.
