With over 15 years in the construction industry, I have developed the skills, knowledge, and work ethic needed to create quality spaces, but my true motivation has always been deeper than that. I started this company to build something meaningful for our family’s future while also giving back to the community that shaped us. Every project I take on is an opportunity to improve not just properties, but neighborhoods—bringing new life, value, and pride to the areas we serve. What began as years of hands-on work has grown into a mission-driven business rooted in hard work, integrity, and a genuine commitment to making our community a better place to live.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been a completely smooth road, but the challenges have shaped who we are as a company. Like many small, family-run businesses, we’ve faced obstacles such as balancing time between work and family, navigating financial risks, and managing the unpredictability that comes with construction projects—delays, rising material costs, and unexpected setbacks on job sites. Starting out, building trust and a solid reputation in the community also took time and persistence. There were moments that tested our patience and resilience, but each challenge pushed us to grow, adapt, and become more resourceful. Those experiences ultimately strengthened our foundation and reinforced our commitment to doing things the right way for both our family and our community.
