“I began my journey as a young mom facing significant challenges—no high school diploma and limited resources—but I was determined to build a better life. Over the years, I started multiple businesses, including a successful payroll company, and became a community-focused business coach. My faith and resilience kept pushing me forward. I attended a transformative multiple streams of cash flow course in Florida, which opened my eyes to generational wealth. Initially, I tried wholesaling, but my passion pulled me back to what I love—helping others grow. Now I focus on guiding entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and connecting them with tools—like 501(c)(3)s or grant writers—to truly thrive financially. And that’s why today, I’m not just a business coach—I’m an inspirational business coach, committed to helping others transform their journeys.”
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Early on, I faced financial hardship, raising children while lacking formal education. I had to teach myself business from scratch, often learning through trial and error. Later, balancing caregiving for family members while rebuilding my business after personal loss was incredibly challenging. But every obstacle taught me resilience and sharpened my purpose—helping others navigate their own challenges and come out stronger.” Let me know if you’d like to add any specific moments!

Over the next five to ten years, I see my industry evolving with digital transformation—automated tools, AI coaching, and global access. I’ll take DLB Consulting Group international, helping entrepreneurs worldwide, while building a legacy for my family. My daughter’s e-commerce jewelry store, my niece’s vending machine business, and my son’s clothing line are all on the horizon. I also run a nonprofit, Community Faith Wealth Mission, and my ‘Come Fly With Me’ podcast. Next, I’ll pivot into real estate management, helping oversee housing developments. Ultimately, I want people to know that no matter the challenges, you can build a path forward. I’ve turned hardships into stepping stones, proving that with today’s tools, you can create impact and generational wealth. I’ve walked this path, and now I’m here to light the way for others—because together, we can create lasting change.”
