Meet Kristie Nunez of Precision Sculpt Pilates

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristie Nunez.

Hi Kristie, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started Precision Sculpt Pilates four years ago because I wanted to create a safe, supportive space for women to move, get stronger, and feel confident in their bodies. What began as a small idea grew from teaching classes myself and building real relationships with my clients. Over time, it became more than a studio—it became a community grounded in trust, consistency, and empowerment.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been a smooth road, and honestly, it still isn’t. Running two studios comes with a lot of responsibility—from supporting clients to managing the business side—and that can be overwhelming at times. But those challenges have pushed me to grow, stay adaptable, and lead with intention.

We’ve been impressed with Precision Sculpt Pilates, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Precision Sculpt Pilates is a women-focused Pilates studio centered on intentional, precision-based movement. We specialize in alignment, control, and mindful strength to help clients build strong, confident bodies in a safe and supportive environment.

What sets us apart is our attention to detail and our emphasis on quality over quantity—smaller classes, personalized instruction, qualified instructors, and thoughtful programming. More than a workout, Precision Sculpt is a community where women feel empowered, supported, and encouraged to grow both physically and mentally. I’m most proud of the strong, welcoming culture we’ve built and the consistency-driven results our clients experience.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
What I love most about Old Bridge is the sense of community. It has a small-town feel where people genuinely support local businesses and show up for one another. It’s a great place to build real connections and a loyal community.

What I like least is that, like many growing towns, it can feel busy and fast-paced at times, especially with traffic and development. But overall, the growth has also brought new energy and opportunity to the area.
