Meet Tiffany Caprice of Caprice Collective

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Caprice.

Tiffany, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’ve always been drawn to storytelling, long before I knew it could be a career. I grew up with a camera in my hand, and that curiosity eventually led me into the world of production, where I spent over a decade in Los Angeles working as an Executive Producer in advertising and entertainment.

During that time, I had the opportunity to work on campaigns for major brands like Netflix, Disney, and Amazon, helping bring large-scale ideas to life from concept through execution. I was producing commercial content at a high level and collaborating with incredibly talented creative teams. It taught me how to think strategically, how to lead, and how to create work that not only looks beautiful, but actually performs.

Over time, I felt a pull back toward something more personal. As the traditional production model began to shift after Covid and the strikes in Hollywood, I found myself wanting to be closer to the brands themselves. I wanted to build stories from the ground up and make that level of creative thinking more accessible to businesses of all sizes.

That’s what led me back to the East Coast and ultimately to starting Caprice Collective.

Today, Caprice Collective is a creative studio that blends production and strategy. We partner with brands ranging from small businesses to established companies, helping them tell stronger, more intentional stories across social media and beyond. My background in production allows us to create content that feels elevated, but the real focus is making sure it works. Content with purpose, clarity, and longevity.

It’s been a shift from big sets to smaller screens, but the goal has stayed the same. Telling stories that resonate, just in a way that feels more connected, more collaborative, and honestly, more impactful.

Our tagline is “Small brands. Big stories.” and it still feels like the most accurate way to describe what we do.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Honestly, I think it’s been pretty smooth in a big-picture kind of way, and that’s how I know I’m where I’m meant to be. Of course there are road bumps, but that’s the entrepreneurial journey. I just put my seatbelt on and go.

The biggest shift has been going from large budgets and big teams to being much closer to every part of the process. I’m not just focused on the creative anymore. I’m building a business, finding clients, managing operations, and figuring things out in real time.

At the same time, social media, digital marketing, and production are constantly evolving. Keeping up with new platforms, technology, and AI tools has become part of the job. That continued learning is just as important as the creative itself.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Caprice Collective is a creative studio full of strategy. We tell small brands big stories.

We specialize in social media strategy, content production, and brand storytelling. That can look like full-service monthly management, content days that produce weeks of assets, or larger-scale commercial and campaign shoots.

A lot of businesses think they have a content problem, but really, they have a storytelling problem. That’s where we come in. We step back, get clear on who they are, and build an approach that connects across platforms.

What sets us apart is our production background. We’re not guessing what to post, we’re producing with a plan behind it. One day of filming can turn into weeks of high-performing assets across social, web, and beyond.

We work with both small businesses and established brands, and while we keep our client list close, you can usually tell when we’ve been involved. The work feels more intentional, the messaging is clearer, and everything just works better.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the trust we’ve built. We’re not just a vendor, we become a true creative partner, and that’s where the scroll stops.

If there’s one thing I’d want readers to know, it’s this. You don’t need more content, you need better content with a strategy behind it.

What’s next?
I’m really excited about what’s ahead. Right now, the focus is on growing the team, bringing on more creatives and editors so we can keep up with demand while maintaining the quality we’re known for.

We have a couple of things in the works that we can’t share details on just yet… but be sure to follow along @capricecollective_

It’s a natural next step. Expanding what we do while continuing to blend production, strategy, and storytelling in a way that actually works.
