Hi Kathleen, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am a passionate metalsmith with more than 10 years of experience in creating wearable art with passion & skill. Join me in my journey as I transform sterling silver into one-of-a-kind pieces of jewelry. Each piece of jewelry reflects creativity & skilled craftsmanship. I use the time honored skills of a metalsmith, including sawing, soldering & setting stones.
I am inspired by nature, you will see that in many of my designs, specifically my pebble collection & my upcoming collection, “droplets”.
I use only the highest quality materials and craftsmanship to ensure that each piece is of the highest quality. I’m always looking for new and creative ways to bring my customers the best jewelry pieces possible. I grew up in Queens, NY where I raised my two daughters, now 38 and 40. I am the adoring grandma to Luca, who is 8 years old, 2 year old twin granddaughters and brand new grandson, 6 weeks old ~ they are an absolute joy! I am married to a wonderful man who supports my business in as many ways as possible, from deliveries, setups at events to reviewing my latest designs. We live in beautiful Ramsey, NJ.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I began pivoting full time to creating wearable art 3 years ago when I finally retired from my long career in NYC as an office manager for a real estate developer. The struggle to create while working a demanding job was real and now I am able to create as much or as little as I like.
I am always looking for new and creative ways to share my jewelry with my market of women, 45-65 years old. Outdoor events are too exhausting for me and I am seeking larger events with professional women in the tri-state area.

Designer and creator of handcrafted sterling silver jewelry, I like to call wearable art. Jewelry with a story, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with attention to every detail.
How do you think about luck?
I was fortunate to have found my passion in a hobby turned all consuming ! I am mostly self taught as I have only taken classes at local art schools, like the Ramsey Community School and Hudson Valley Silverworks & online with Lucy Walker.
