Victoria & Jill, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
We are professional pet groomers with approximately 15 years experience. We each bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every groom. We first met while working together at a previous salon and quickly bonded over our dedication and desire to provide truly exceptional care for all animals. While we loved grooming we often felt that previous work environments didn’t allow us to provide the level of personalized stress free service we knew was possible. So one day we decided to take the leap and do our own thing! Our goal was simple! To create a positive low stress environment where your pet’s comfort and happiness are always the top priority while we also grow in experience and knowledge the way we would like to. Both of us always worked in the animal field wanting to absorb as much information for our love of animals. From training and learning all behaviors with every kind of animal also working in the medical field as a veterinary technician thriving in ICU and Emergency animal hospitals. We genuinely love what we do and that passion combined with our long-standing expertise is what drives us to provide the best calmest and most positive grooming experience for your beloved companion. We are more than just groomers we are a team built on friendship shared experiences and a mutual love for animals.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
We work very well as a team. Our road has been pretty smooth.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
We truly love animals. We truly care about their well being. We specialize in behavioral grooms. We take the time to make a smooth transition into creating a environment their pet feels safe in. We also are trained to handle exotic pets. So avian beak nails and wings trimmed. Reptile and rodent nail trims.
What’s next?
We would love to expand i to a daycare boarding facility. Our clients love coming to see us because we do allow them to socialize if they are well behaved with other dogs and the pet parent is ok with it as well. We bring our own dogs to create a fun environment.
