Hi, I’m Marisa Zalarick – hairstylist and owner of MZ Hair Studio with over 20 years of experience and a true passion for hair color, precision hair cutting and making people feel their absolute best.
I started my career working at the top salons in Princeton ,NJ and in 2025 relocated my business to Bridgewater, NJ. Earlier in my career I had the amazing opportunity to attend the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London where I took the 6 week comprehensive course. I continued my education for many years at Vidal Sassoon taking courses at the Creative Academy in London and the Advanced Academy in Santa Monica, CA. I am certified in a variety of hair care services and products.
At MZ Hair Studio I offer a customized experience for each client in a boutique studio setting with personalized care.

I specialize in lived in natural dimensional highlights, natural looking hair color and precision hair cutting. My space is unique because it is just me and the client, it’s ideal for anyone who’d like to escape the hustle of a large salon. At my salon suite MZ Hair Studio I am able to offer a customized experience in a boutique setting. Clients love the privacy of my suite and the attention they get since there are no other clients in the suite when they are there.
