Hi Steve , so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I began my career as an educator in the beauty industry, where I discovered my true passion for creativity. That passion led me to open my first small salon 45 years ago, with a clear vision: to provide top-quality services and products while prioritizing education and hard work.
Starting with just myself and one other stylist, I was determined to create a space centered on clean beauty—using non-toxic, healthier color options whenever possible, even as trends in hair fashion evolved rapidly.
Over the years, that vision has grown into what we are today: an ammonia-free salon committed to clean, natural, and organic products, along with continuous education for our team. What began as a small dream has expanded into a thriving salon with 25 dedicated team members who share the same passion and commitment to excellence.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road to this was one way stay committed focus and creative. Don’t divert away if you love what you doing you pave the road smooth as you go along.

I trained and learn all the time in my free time . I pass the information to my assistants as the growing to be hairstylist. Never forget where you start. Treat people honest and stand by your work.
