Check Out Pierre G Antoine’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Pierre G Antoine.

Hi Pierre G, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m Pierre, founder of The UpScale Tech and owner of a Signarama branch. My journey started at 14 when I was first introduced to computers. I didn’t just use them I took them apart, sketched the components, and taught myself how they worked. By 16, I was already fixing computers and unlocking cell phones, turning my skills into a small business while constantly learning along the way.

I explored other passions too music, guitar, rap, even dance but technology always pulled me back (and to be honest, singing was never my strength anyway). After high school, I moved to the U.S. and used my coding skills to build a free website for my church their very first. That single project led to a job at a print shop, which opened the door to bigger opportunities. Within a few years, I was managing print and design for a large company, then went on to open my first print shop in Brooklyn. Step by step, I kept building, growing, and leveling up to where I am today.

That journey is what led to The UpScale Tech.

At The UpScale Tech, we understand that running a business can be overwhelming. Owners want to look professional and keep everything running smoothly, but with technology constantly evolving, there’s always something new to figure out and those small tasks quickly become big distractions.

That’s where we come in.

We handle Our Patners tech, design, and print, so they can focus on growing their business. With us, they don’t have to worry about how things will get done. Thes just tell us what they need, and we make it happen so they can stay focused, confident, and feel supported every step of the way.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been a smooth road. We first launched in 2019, but just two months later, we were forced to shut down due to the COVID circumstances and requirements at the time. It was a tough setback, and finding the right moment to relaunch wasn’t easy.

Even during that time, past customers continued to reach out, asking when we would reopen. They valued our reliability and the type of services we provided, which motivated us to keep going. We also faced personal challenges along the way, which delayed our return.

Now, we’re fully back and ready to serve focused on making things easier for our partners, helping them look professional, and keeping their businesses running smoothly.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’ve always been passionate about technology and design. I started out as a self-taught “computer nerd,” working on a single Windows 98 computer and quickly learning how to fix, improve, and customize it. That curiosity turned into a long-term passion for both tech and creating clean, professional designs.

Over time, I became known as “the computer guy” someone who not only solves technical problems but also makes things look polished and work smoothly. I built my skills through hands-on experience, long before online tutorials were common learning by taking on project after project and helping businesses grow.

What I’m most proud of is the value I bring to every company I work with. I consistently solve problems, improve systems, and make operations more efficient, which makes me a dependable and hard-to-replace partner.

One of my biggest accomplishments was developing a fully functional CRM system in just one week to replace Salesforce. I then expanded it into a custom-built portal that integrated CRM, inventory, and multiple other tools continuously improving and maintaining it over a two-year period to support business operations.

What sets me apart is my ability to combine technical expertise, creative design, and real-world problem-solving. I don’t just build systems, I create solutions that help businesses run better, look more professional, and grow with confidence.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
The industry is already going through major changes, and that’s only going to accelerate over the next 5–10 years. Technology continues to evolve rapidly, and innovations like AI are reshaping how businesses operate sometimes creating uncertainty and fear about being replaced.

But this isn’t new. Technology has always pushed industries forward. The difference now is the speed of change. Businesses that succeed will be the ones that learn, adapt, and use these tools to create better, more efficient systems.

That’s where we come in. No matter how much technology evolves, our role remains the same: connecting people with the right tools and making it simple. We focus on helping business owners adapt, stay competitive, and run their operations more smoothly so they can grow with confidence, no matter what changes come next.
