Community Highlights: Meet Lasha Zosidze of Lux Wrap

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lasha Zosidze.

Hi Lasha, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Lux Wrap was established in July 2024 by my wife and me. We are proud to be a family-owned and operated business: I handle the installation work, while my wife manages the office and day-to-day operations.

My journey as a wrap installer began in 2016 in Georgia, the country where I grew up. I had always been interested in cars, exterior modifications, and custom wrap designs. At just 21 years old, I opened my first vehicle wrap shop in Georgia.

My journey later brought me to Michigan, where I experienced significant professional growth and further developed my skills. After a year, my family and I moved to New Jersey. While working at other wrap shops, I continued gaining experience and planning to eventually build a business of my own.

After nearly a decade in the industry, I had developed the qualifications, confidence, and professional experience needed to become an independent business owner. That dream became a reality when my wife and I opened Lux Wrap. Today, we are proud of how far we have come and remain committed to growing our business while providing high-quality work and excellent service to every customer.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has definitely not always been a smooth road. One of the biggest challenges was moving from Georgia to the United States and having to rebuild my career, reputation, and customer base from the beginning. Even though I already had years of experience, I still had to prove the quality of my work in a completely new market.

Starting Lux Wrap also came with the usual challenges of building a business from the ground up—finding the right location, investing in equipment and materials, attracting new customers, managing expenses, and learning the administrative and marketing sides of the business. As a family-owned company, my wife and I have had to balance many responsibilities and work long hours to keep everything moving forward.

However, every challenge has taught us something and helped us become stronger. We stayed focused on providing high-quality work, honest communication, and excellent customer service. Slowly, we earned the trust of our customers and built a strong local reputation. The road has not always been easy, but seeing the business grow and our customers leave happy makes every struggle worthwhile.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Lux Wrap?
