Hi Avi, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Avi Foox began his financial services career in 2003 as a mortgage broker, working with individuals, investors, and business owners on residential and commercial mortgage financing. He helped clients navigate property purchases, refinancing, and commercial lending opportunities, including financing solutions for both individually owned and business-owned properties.
He continued through the challenges of the 2008–2009 financial and real estate market downturn, gaining valuable experience in changing market conditions, credit, risk, and long-term financial planning. In the years that followed, Avi remained active in mortgage lending, including commercial mortgages, while also expanding into property management and working closely with property owners and investors until the COVID-19 pandemic.
He later transitioned into the insurance industry, where his background in mortgages, commercial real estate, property management, and financial services provided a strong foundation for helping clients protect and build wealth.
Today, Avi specializes in life insurance and retirement-planning strategies, with a particular focus on Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance and annuities, helping individuals, business owners, and professionals explore tax-efficient protection, accumulation, and retirement-income solutions.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
