Rising Stars: Meet Magda Jozwiak of New Jersey

Today we’d like to introduce you to Magda Jozwiak.

Hi Magda, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Bayshore Beauty started three years ago built on 15 years of passion for the beauty industry, a genuine love for people, a whole lot of faith, and just one single client coming in for an eyebrow wax. Today, we’ve grown to over 300 happy clients.
My journey really began when I moved to the US years ago. I completely transformed my life and career, and went through what I call the ultimate ‘school of life.’ Every experience I gathered along the way led me to pursue my dream: creating a cozy, safe space for women. I have a deep connection with people, and at Bayshore Beauty, my main goal is to make every single person who walks through the door feel truly loved, valued, and cared for.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it definitely came with its struggles. Moving to the US meant rebuilding my life and career from the ground up, which was both scary and challenging. When I opened Bayshore Beauty, starting with just one client meant managing all the uncertainty, long hours, and initial self-doubt that comes with bootstrapping a small business.
What kept me going was my passion and my belief in creating a safe, loving space for women. Looking back, those struggles were necessary—they taught me how to run a business, adapt quickly, and appreciate every single client we have today.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a licensed esthetician with over 15 years of passion in the beauty industry. At Bayshore Beauty, I offer custom skincare and advanced treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. My specialization combines high-touch manual sculpting—like Japanese Kobido facial massage with modern aesthetic technology like hydro-dermabrasion, nanoinfusion, and oxygen therapy. I focus heavily on skin barrier health, anti-aging, and non-invasive lifting.
What truly sets me apart is the heart behind the business. I don’t view skincare as just a series of appointments; I view it as building a deep connection with human beings. When someone steps into Bayshore Beauty, it is a safe, cozy haven where they feel genuinely loved, listened to, and cared for. I take the time to truly understand my clients’ skin and lives, blending advanced results with a personal, boutique touch that you can’t get at a big chain spa.

What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is connection and making people feel loved, safe, and seen. At Bayshore Beauty, my goal is never just to deliver a great facial; it’s to make sure that every woman who steps through my door feels genuinely cared for, listened to, and lifted up. To me, true beauty service is about nurturing the human spirit just as much as the skin.
