Today we’d like to introduce you to Michael Mincey.
Hi Michael, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Growing up with my family cooking was always something we all did, you learn from your mom your dad your grandparents aunts uncles all of the above. Through that process you find your own way what works for you. One day I started cooking some food posting on social media the people showed up we were selling fresh mozzarella platters fresh mozzarella balls and the rest is history
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
There’s no such thing as a smooth road in business you’re always gonna have challenges along the way but the true way to succeed is understanding thats a part of the process and never stopping.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
We specialize in making fresh mozzarella but what separates us from everybody else is we like to use our creative touch to make special sandwiches entrées and appetizers typically you might not see. What separates us from everybody else’s I care about what do I do and I want to be the best one once you taste the product it speaks for itself.
